If you purchase a voucher as a consumer via our website or our online voucher shop, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the online withdrawal function provided on our website. You can find it in our gift voucher shop.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
