We want to make your arrival and departure as comfortable and sustainable as possible. That’s why we offer our guests a free shuttle service to and from the train station in San Candido. You also have the option to send your luggage to us in advance – saving space, weight, and emissions. This way, your holiday starts relaxed and eco-friendly.

In our kitchen, we place great importance on quality and origin. Whenever possible, we use fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farms and producers. This way, we support regional agriculture, avoid long transport routes, and actively contribute to climate protection – with every plate we serve.

You can also contribute to resource conservation in your room. Daily cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen are carried out only upon request – easily managed via our digital guest service system. Less laundry means less water and energy consumption – without compromising on comfort.

We work exclusively with local craftsmen – for short supply chains, strong partnerships, and regional value creation. Our energy comes 100% from green sources, such as the district heating plant in Sexten. In our garden, native plants and wild herbs grow, supporting local biodiversity and naturally enriching our outdoor spaces.
