Conditions of cancellation and prepayment
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50% (up to 3 nights) of the total price for short stays and 30% of the total price for stays of at least four nights, to be transferred via bank transfer or credit card. Below you will find all the necessary details.

By transferring the prepayment (deposit) you accept our terms and conditions.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the consumers' code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- In case of cancellations up to 31 days before arrival we will credit the remaining amount for 1 year (same number of days and persons), but no refund is possible.
- For cancellations 30 to 4 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay.
- For cancellations 0-3 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full stay will be charged.
Cancellation insurance
Things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. Normally, the above cancellation conditions apply in case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure. For cancellations 0–3 days before arrival, or in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the full amount of the stay.
