Conditions of cancellation and prepayment
In order to confirm your booking, we need a prepayment or deposit amounting to 50% (until 3 nights) of the total price for short stays and 30% of the total price for minimum stays of four nights, paid via bank transfer or via credit card. Please find all necessary details below:

By transferring the prepayment (deposit) you accept our terms and conditions.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the consumers' code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- In case of cancellations up to 31 days before arrival we will credit the remaining amount for 1 year (same number of days and persons), but no refund is possible.
- For cancellations 30 to 4 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay.
- For cancellations 3 days or more before arrival and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire stay.
Cancellation insurance
Things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. Normally, the above cancellation conditions apply in case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure. For cancellations 0–3 days before arrival, or in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the full amount of the stay.
