About South Tyrolean Wines
South Tyrol is a land of contrasts – warm temperatures, fresh mountain air, and cool nights come together to create unique aromas in our wines. The region is renowned worldwide for its outstanding white wines, and our red wines are equally impressive.
More than 20 grape varieties grow here, some at over 1,000 metres above sea level. Nearly 5,000 winegrowers and around 200 wineries ensure that this rich diversity finds its way into every bottle.
