Most of our guests know it – we’re big fans of regionality and South Tyrolean quality. Our homemade products are a reflection of this philosophy. Each of our jams is made from a blend of two fruits or plants: Mango-peach? Or perhaps blueberry-lavender? The selection is wide, and every taste is worth it!

Our pasta dough
Our pasta dough contains only the essentials: water, flour, salt, and eggs. With great care and attention, we knead it into a smooth, supple dough – the perfect base for our pasta dishes.
Jam preparation
Just like with our pasta dough, we keep our jams as simple as possible: A variety of fruits, herbs, and blossoms, a touch of sugar, and the natural gelling agent agar-agar – that’s it.
Heavenly desserts
What would a meal be without a sweet temptation? Our desserts are also lovingly homemade with great attention to detail – and you can taste it!
Freshly squeezed orange juice
Maybe not entirely homemade, but still something special: every morning at the breakfast buffet, our guests can press their own freshly squeezed orange juice or choose from a variety of other fruit juices.
