Our spacious holiday apartment with 69 m² of living space offers plenty of room for families or friends. It features a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds – ideal for up to 4 guests.

The open-plan living area with a modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator – perfect for relaxed holiday cooking. From the sunny south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Sexten Sundial.

Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included; a midweek linen change is available upon request. Parking is available directly in front of the apartment. A one-time cleaning fee of € 60.00 applies.

Special extra: Daily use of the sauna at Hotel Royal is included in the price – for soothing relaxation in every season.
