The Watschinger senior chefs are always around at the hotel. They help out and greet everyone with a smile that comes straight from the heart. The hotel is their great pride, their passion, their life – and our guests are almost like family to us.
Astrid Watschinger-Steiner and Michael Steiner are the junior chefs; they manage their hotel in the South Tyrolean Dolomites with lots of ambition and love. They are born hosts and quite at their ease at what they do. This ease also passes onto our hotel guests, who are happy to find a helping hand whenever needed. Astrid is a certified sommelière and gladly passes on her knowledge to everyone who is interested. She knows exactly which wine goes best with which menu and will recommend you the matching wine from our extensive wine list. Michl’s passion is cooking. He cooks up delicious treats day in and day out and is always happy about the one or the other compliment by his grateful guests. For his carefully prepared creations he uses only the best, fresh and mainly regional ingredients.
