Kitchen chef Michl

To earn a living by doing something you love – that’s exactly what chef Michl does. His work place is the kitchen of our hotel; this is the place where all the magic happens and where he never seizes to surprise his guests with culinary masterpieces – such as in the morning with homemade cakes and pastries. His secret: For him the key that the ingredients have to be fresh, seasonal, and preferably regional. 

Together with his team, he prepares extraordinary taste-bud pleasers day after day, creations, which are prepared with lots of love for detail. In fact, it is our gourmet cuisine, which makes our hotel stand out among the hotels in Sesto/Sexten.
