What you need to know when booking at our hotel in Sesto/Sexten
About our prices and cancellation conditions
Our prices are per room (2 persons) and night including breakfast plus (breakfast and afternoon snack) and excluding the South Tyrolean tourist tax, which has been introduced on 01.01.2014 for all our guests, except children until 14 years.
Children’s discount in their parents‘ room:
with two full-paying persons
0 to 2 years 15.00 euro (bed and breakfast)
3 to 4 years 60% discount
5 to 8 years 50% discount
9 to 13 years 30% discount
from 14 years 10% discount
Our prices are per child and night including breakfast plus. Please bring your children’s ID cards, so we can calculate the discounts.
SEXTENCARD
This summer you have every reason to leave your car behind. The most popular excursion destinations and starting points for hikes in the Dolomites can be reached by public transports in an environmentally friendly and stress-free way. The Südtriol Alto Adige Guest Pass is your ticket for bus and train in South Tyrol. In addition, the SextenCard entitles you to use the line 440 to the Fischleintal Valley from mid-June to mid-October!
Conditions of cancellation and prepayment
In order to confirm your booking, we need a prepayment or deposit amounting to 50% (until 3 nights) of the total price for short stays and 30% of the total price for minimum stays of four nights, paid via bank transfer or via credit card. Please find all necessary details below:

By transferring the prepayment (deposit) you accept our terms and conditions.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the consumers’ code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- In case of cancellations up to 31 days before arrival we will credit the remaining amount for 1 year (same number of days and persons), but no refund is possible.
- For cancellations 30 to 4 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay.
- For cancellations 3 days or more before arrival and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire stay.
Cancellation insurance
Things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why recommend taking out cancellation insurance. Normally, the above cancellation conditions apply in case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure. If you’ve previously taken out cancellation insurance, these costs will be covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
